Dance Camp

Dance is much more than bodies in motion. In this camp, students are introduced to a wide range of artistic and technical aspects of dance or performing arts. Comprehensive technique classes in ballet, modern dance, jazz and ethnic fusion as well as music fundamentals, dance composition (choreography), body conditioning programmes are the basics for all aspiring performers to grasp. Students will also learn stage production/ management and stage make-up and hair-dressing skills. Teamwork, discipline, time-management, perseverance are some of the soft skills that will be nurtured to the students throughout the programme.

TAF Camp

This programme aims to educate, inspire and demonstrate to students how to embrace healthy lifestyles, and maintain a healthy weight. This programme is dedicated to shaping lifestyle attitudes towards health, nutrition and physical fitness by teaching students the importance of healthy food choices, and promoting balanced physical activities. A series of ice-breaking games, workouts incorporating dance and fitness will be introduced to students. This is not just another weight loss programme but one that filled with fun and aims to educate students on how to set reasonable fitness goals, actively guides them through the process of achieving their goals, and then reinforces the value of personal self-achievement, helping build self confidence and promoting a positive self-image.
